1st experience of this take away. It was delicious and very good value

Order was cancelled 20 minutes after placing it because the shop had no Chicken. Had to order takeaway from a different shop and will have to wait 3 to 5 days for BURAKS to arrange my refund. So no food and have to wait to get my money back. 😒

No sauce on my hoagie tonight and very disappointing taste without it.

I ordered online, received an email confirming order. Arrived to collect it and was told it had been cancelled as they had no chicken... No phone call, no email, no dinner

This was my first time trying Burak’s, I was so disappointed, I ordered a beef and cheese quesadilla which said it would be doner meat, melted cheese, onion and sauce. I selected for chilli sauce while ordering, however the quesadilla had no cheese or sauce on it at all which made it very dry. I also ordered a side of large piri piri loaded fries, the box the fries came in first of all was a tiny cardboard square box, I couldn’t believe the size for £6.50, my 6 year old niece would have ate these and still been hungry after they were so small, the loaded fries state they have peri peri chicken, onions, jalapeños, melted cheese and mayo, what I got was fries, topped with jalapeños and chicken which had no taste of peri peri or any taste of anything at all infact. Unfortunately I definitely won’t be back

Chicken donner and piri fries are amazing.

Again really good kebabs, those piri fries are amazing. Food delicious and your not left with a greasy after taste like ordinary kebabs. Will be back!

We received 2 meals out of 3 which were wrong. When called the restaurant the person I spoke to was not helpful and overly insisted that they had gave the right order. When the correct order arrived there was hardly any meat within kebabs and were purely made up of salad.

First time we have ordered and really impressed! The mixed kebab was delicious and packed with meat and salad on lovely bread. Everything was well wrapped and delivered quickly. Will definitely order again.

Were offered a can of irn bru which wasn't ordered , partner asked about it and was told he could have it , he asked was it the correct order , was told yes but it wasn't, we ordered a mixed kebab and a beef kebab , was 2 ordinary kebabs but didn't bother chasing it up

Ordered Tender Chicken strips dreadful could hardly chew them they were so tuff wont be buying again .

More of a typical kebab stuffed if a flatbread than a German donner style kebab that's stated.
